I am also a former competitive athlete who is knowledgeable about muscle groups and uses several techniques that will restore mobility and enhance performance. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Ted, and it was incredible. I’ve been dealing with months of chronic back pain, and after just one session I felt a level of relief I hadn’t experienced in a long time.
He took the time to listen to where the pain was, explained what he was going to work on, and checked in about pressure throughout the massage. It was intense in the best way — he really got into the knots and tightness, but always made sure I was comfortable.
By the end, my back felt looser, my range of motion was better, and even days later I could still feel the difference. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better.
