Overview
Hi, I use flowing techniques to deliver deep relaxation, somewhere between a Swedish and Deep tissue massage.
When I massage I'm very focused on sensing what's happening inside your skin, muscles, bones, and fascia. Exploring your unique physiology, identifying areas of tension and applying physical manipulation in as many ways as possible - areas of soreness often completely dissipate and deep relaxation ensues.
I also do focus work - if you'd rather me spend most/all my time in a difficult area, just let me know. My massage by default is complete full body, but if there's a thorn in your side I can apply my best mind to it.
I'm a LMT in Virginia, and have a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, I live in Old Town Alexandria, and my studio is located in a sunroom of an apartment.
