Overview
I have been practicing massage for 6+ years and I enjoy the anatomy and mechanics of the human body. As a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast I am very familiar and experienced with injuries and overall sore/ fatigued muscles .Whatever your massage needs may be, if that might be rolling or stretching, I can accommodate. My main focus is making sure you leave the session feeling better than before.
