Welcome, I’m James - I was born and grew up here in NY, and if you’ll allow me I'll temporarily transport elsewhere, anywhere in your mind that you’d like to go, to escape the tedious daily grind and monotony that can be life - sometimes a relaxing massage is all you need.
As a massage therapist, that is my goal during any given session. The result is a quality experience that leaves one feeling not only rejuvenated, but...More relaxed and completely restored.

To ensure a quality experience, I implement a combination of techniques which include Swedish, deep tissue, Reflexology, and breathwork. You will have personalized session to ensure a superb massage you wont forget.

Skincare and Grooming also plays a large role in one’s emotional well-being and self esteem. Facials, waxing, manicure/pedicures are available with advance notice(~24hrs). I’ll happily assist you with any of these services, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

My interest in massage therapy began after I made a decision to take better care of my whole self. My mental health and physical well being became increasingly more important to me. I started attending massage and breathing exercises sessions to recover mind body and soul.
