My flow combines a variety of modalities and techniques. From a basic Swedish flow into a deep tissue flow where needed. I have incorporated Nuero Muscular Therapy techniques, lymphatic techniques, as well as mobilization

Rick came to my home and set up his table in no time flat and had brought his own music for relaxation. After asking if there were any areas that needed attention or were sore, he proceeded to not only massage the "knots" in my back, but also kept a very relaxing aura. He knew when to go deep and how to work around an area to loosen the tightness without digging into the tender spot. I highly recommend him and his magical hands. Bob L.
