Hello my name is Richard. I have been a licenced massage therapist since 2010 and a mental health therapist since 2007. I specialize in mind and body recovery encompassing; pain management, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, trauma release, Swedish massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage and reflexology. I also offer CBD massage, chakra alignment, and energy work (Reiki). I have a healing touch and positive energy.
