Simply relaxing massage, I offer the best treatment. also known as Thai yoga massage, is very different from your standard Swedish or deep-tissue massage.
It is a deeply relaxing, tension-relieving practice of mindful movement that helps increase an individual's range of motion and encourages flexibility through its unique blend of assisted stretching, yoga, breathwork, and massage.

have gone to Teddy now for 2, 90 minute deep tissue massages. After years of abuse due to weightlifting, i get bad headaches that stem from my upper back. Since having the first massage done, i have not had a headache. My body feels more aligned and imbalances are getting fixed. Teddy is professional and the massage is very thorough. I highly recommend checking him out!

Hands-down, this was the absolute best massage | have ever had. Period. I've had well over 200 massages in my life and I've been told that they were "deep tissue". Now I know what deep tissue really means. Every muscle was treated with the appropriate amount of pressure and with the appropriate oil or cream depending on the area. T is exceptionally talented and kind Even my hands and feet were feeling relaxed once I left. The 90 min Massage is underpriced and exceeds all expectations. A generous gratuity was Well deserved and was given to compensate T for this world-class experience. I found my new go to Masseur
