I have been seeing Helena for several years and over this time, we have tried multiple modalities, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Stretching, bodywork, sound healing, and for the past 3 months we have fine tuned this into a combination of Therapeutic Massage along with Sound Healing. Seriously, life changing. The 60 min session guided intention setting, essential Oils, deep breathing, She has an extensive assortment of instruments; After my session I feel reborn. 🙏💫
