I have Parkinson's Disease and Bren is able to relax the severe stiffness that I suffer constantly. She offers several different modalities. I recommend the body scrub along with the massage. I saw her at her Huntington Beach location but she also has a studio in Newport. I highly recommend her.

Bren's bodywork is amazing! I have an 11th fractured vertebrae and 3 bulging discs. I’m always in pain and she helps me cope so much! I feel like I can breathe again when she’s done with her kinesiology massage; She knows what she’s doing and does it well. Even though she’s petite, she has really good strength to get to those spots that need power to get to. To top it off she’s beautiful and sweet and pleasant.

Every massage I have gotten from Bren has been wonderful! My pregnancy has been giving me a lot of back pain and she gives a great prenatal massage that helps a lot!
