I’m still amazed how I was able to ask for just a little less pressure during my deep tissue massage and Kris was able to adjust and maintain the level of pressure! This right here is a great Massage Therapist! I definitely recommend the Deep Tissue massage and make sure you book 90 - or 110 min as 60 min definitely is not enough. Thank you again Kris! Amazing massage I’ve had the deep tissue and the Swedish. It was my first time doing deep tissue and my back felt like jello for a week after, which is amazing for the amount of stress I normally carry. Kris has become my masseur I go to at least once every two months if not once a month.

Kris is a complete pro at deep tissue massage! I've had six sessions with him recently and always leave totally relaxed and feeling rejuvenated.

His studio is very private, clean, and professional. He offers a choice of music, essential oils, heated table, and warm moist towels for clean up after the massage.

I very rarely write reviews especially good ones but I had to take a few minutes and tell you about the experience I had with my most recent appointment. I have been to see Kris probably 3 previous times for deep tissue massages that were great but not specifically related to an issue I was having. But then I was hit with a killer bout of sciatica that just became debilitating. I called to see if a same day appointment was available and he worked me in to his very busy practice and then went to work on a targeted massage that relieved a lot of the pain I was experiencing all the while checking in with me to make sure the pressure was ok and I was ok. He had to remind me to breathe a few times when the pain he was relieving was extreme. Bottom line I walked out of there feeling so much better with results that have lasted into the second day and I am very appreciative of his help. Now about his studio. It is centrally located for most people in Plano so for me it was convenient and it is comfortable and ascetically pleasing. Everything is super clean and hygienic. I feel very comfortable recommending him to you for targeted pain relief or general relaxation and well being.

Kris is nothing short of spectacular. I’ve had many types of massage and some very good ones, but I can say without hesitation that he is the most intuitive and skillful masseuse I’ve ever known. His studio is unassuming which I guess explains how he can keep his prices relatively inexpensive compared to others. But they are priceless. But he is an expensive habit nonetheless because he is literally the only massage therapist I have gone back to twice in one week! Deep tissue and then Swedish since he worked on me so hard the first time. Unbelievable. Unparalleled. Truly “one set apart”.

I've struggled to find a decent massage therapist for quite some time. I've tried numerous chains and by the time I find a good therapist, they leave the location. When I came across Kris I was skeptical but he was recommended to me by a friend so I figured I'd give it a shot. Kris is nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. He is attentive, took time to understand my areas of concern, and really focused on exactly what I was looking for. I struggle with shoulder pain from heavy weight lifting. His deep tissue technique combined with trigger point left me pain free. Normally I feel self conscious about giving feedback during a massage but Kris communicated with me and was able to read my muscles, body language, and knew to ask me when things got tough. Deep tissue massage isn't for everyone. It can be painful at times working knots out and getting through weeks of muscle strain to find relief. Kris is an expert. I feel like I have finally found a therapist I can trust and build a routine with to supplement my fitness goals. If you have struggled to find a quality massage, I cannot recommend Kris enough.
