Overview
I am trained in Myokinetic therapy from the Structura Institute, which is a modality of bodywork based in Structural Integration that focuses on integrating your structure (body) with its function (movement) so that everything works harmoniously together in the body.
As a CHEK practitioner and CPT, my philosophy and approach is holistic. How are the many parts of your body relating? Are they working together? With detailed physical assessments I'll design a program that is tailored made to bring your body back into balance.
