With over 5 years of experience and training in a variety of Massage & Manual Therapy modalities, I approach each session with a very focused listening.

Whether your intent is to aid muscle recovery, reduce tension and stress, boost health, or simply spoil and treat yourself to a massage allow me to create a therapeutic session tailored to your needs and wants.

My therapeutical massage will give you a full body experience; which involves specific handbook techniques to release muscle tension and inflammation to improve muscle growth. My massage combines multiple modalities releasing stress, and overall physical and mental health.

My approach is to teach and empower all patients to improve their health. I perform massage with optimal Care and continue to refine my skills, and knowledge daily.
