Overview

Massage is my natural gift—something I’ve offered to friends and family since I was young. In 2015, I graduated from Madison College’s therapeutic massage program, focusing on both Swedish and clinical massage techniques.

My style is intuitive, grounding, and deeply supportive. I create a safe, nurturing space for physical and emotional healing, stress and pain relief, and full-body relaxation.

My approach blends Swedish massage, acupressure, Ashiatsu, trigger point therapy, table-Thai, and Reiki. Over the years, I’ve lived and worked with... healing communities across Wisconsin, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Egypt, learning diverse techniques that continue to inspire and enrich my practice.

I see massage not as a luxury, but as an essential part of self-care and wellness. I’m honored to support each client on their unique healing journey.
