I am nationally certified and state licensed, practicing since 2005, when I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. As a former competitive athlete, I am knowledgeable about muscle groups and trained to use a variety...More of techniques that will restore mobility, enhance performance, and extend the overall life of a sports/recreational career. I have experience with highly trained athletes, having worked with NCAA and former Olympic competitors, as well as serving on the sports massage team working with world renowned dance troupes.

Although my deep tissue sessions are designed for those who are physically active, my Swedish sessions provide the ultimate experience in relaxation. I work will all types and do not discriminate.
