Overview
After training at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida, and receiving my license from the Virginia Board of Nursing. I returned home to Virginia Beach start Loosen Up Massage as a way to pursue my love of Massage Therapy. I hope to Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a relaxing and healing massage. I'll use a range of massage techniques that improve circulation, relieve tension, and increase mental alertness. My massages not only benefit the body, they benefit the mind as well.

Brent has provided me excellent massage therapy for over three years. He is a great therapist, good conversationalist, and nice personality. The room is very cozy, heated table, aromatherapy, and even sauna. Highly recommended!

Amazing Experience! Brent is very knowledgeable and skilled. I did the sauna and then a massage with the hot stones. It was beyond incredible and it really helped my body recover after my race. Thanks Brent!

Brent was really thorough with addressing the reason for my visit. Initially he asked me if I had any problem areas that I would like him to focus on. He was attentive to my specific needs and regularly asked if the pressure was good when he moved around to different areas which I definitely appreciate. I prefer deep tissue massage and he was fantastic... not too hard but just hard enough.

One of the best massages that I’ve received in a while. Brent was great! He really listens to what your needs are, and does a great job communicating that throughout the massage. You will definitely walk out feeling better than you did walking in.

Brent is a kind, gifted and talented massage therapist. His massages are essential to my overall well being and I look forward to my hour and a half of stress relief in my hectic world each week. I love the infrared sauna, hot stone and foot scrub add-ons. In my crazy workaholic world, treating myself to a deep tissue relaxing massage is part of my self care routine.
