I do a relaxing massage. The massage is nice and great. It is called a posterior chain muscle massage and it's design to align the spine by solely focusing on the parts of the body that is associated with the posterior chain which are center back, glutes, IT bands and outside and back of the calf muscles. please call if you have any questions about the experience.
