Your total well being in body work is the focus here. We offer traditional, sacred indigenous healing arts in a professional sanctuary.

Sessions are held as prayerful, sacred encounters that include puja (ritual prayer), mantra, meditation, and mindful presence, embodying qualities like love, compassion, joy, and equanimity.

On the table, we’re just bodies ready to restore and reconnect. I offer conscious, therapeutic touch as a licensed soft tissue specialist (MA#90166), blending mindfulness with skill to address the... “issues in the tissues.”

Holistic bodywork found me through a deep calling rooted in nonviolent communication, trauma informed care, commitment to truth, ethics, and respect. With experience in medical massage, sports science, yoga, and energy therapy, I hold space for healing, relaxation, and authentic self-expression.
