Overview

Hi, I'm Anthony a New Your State licensed massage therapist and personal trainer. Over twenty years in New York City gyms and spas, I've both trained and massaged bodybuilders, athletes, dancers and senior citizens. I can tailor a massage treatment to a clients preference: relaxing and soothing, deep and intense or something in between.
Having studied Sports massage, Neuro-muscular pain relief and Myofacial release therapy, I've combined these modalities into a comprehensive treatment that focuses on pain... relief an joint mobility from the pelvic floor to the top of the spine.
I'm centrally located in a wellness center in Manhattan on W35Th street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues or at my home/office in eastern Queens.
I'm vaccinated and boosted for the Covid-19 virus.
