Overview

I am Certified Massage Therapist with a degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy. My treatments are designed to work in concert with your Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer and your Physio. The work I do is intense and not for the faint of heart. My work is to help you get back to your physical conditioning, training and/or recreational activities. My goal is to keep you on track with your GOAL. Whatever your fitness level, my work will keep you going.
