Overview
I am Certified Massage Therapist with a degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy. My treatments are designed to work in concert with your Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer and your Physio. My work will help you get back to your physical conditioning, training and/or recreational activities. I incorporate rehabilitation techniques, body flushing, stretching and various massage modalities to help you relax and decompress. My work can be intense with firm pressure, but understand the GOAL is to help you recover, repair and then get you back out there!
