Energy Work by Bond

I experienced an amazing two hour massage and stretch therapy. I really enjoyed how he included the breathing meditation with the stretching. I literally had no energy from travelling & he brought my energy back to life. I highly recommend getting a session by Bond.

I have been so stressed the last few days, since my house was burned down by the fires. Bond really helped me relax during our session. Surely a massage therapist that I will be seeing more often as I go through this current situation. Thanks Bond.

massage SESSIONS I HAD WITH MR. BOND. FIRST OF ALL NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GIVE ME RELIEF, I WAS HESITANT AT FIRST BECAUSE I'D ALREADY SEEN FOUR DIFFERENT CHIROPRACTORS, WHOM SUPPOSED TO BE DR'S, SO I JUST KNEW I WOULD BE WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY, BUT WOW, I MEAN HOLY WOW, WAS I WRONG. WHEN WE FIRST STARTED THE VERY FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS, NO ONE HAS NEVER INCORPORATED STRETCHING IN ANY OF MY SESSIONS WITH CHIROPRACTORS, OR MASSAGE BODYWORK THERAPIST. I WAS VERY TIGHT AND IN MUCH PAIN. I HAD BEEN REAR-ENDED BY SOMEONE 8 MONTHS PRIOR TO MEETING YOU, AND I HAD BEEN IN SERIOUS PAIN THAT LITERALLY ALMOST COST ME MY JOB, BECAUSE I COULD NOT STAND FOR VERY LONG, OR SIT FOR VERY LONG, AND MY JOB WAS NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY INJURY, THEY ONLY WANTED RESULTS FROM ME, AND TO GET GREAT RESULTS LIKE I HAD ALWAYS DONE, I HAD TO BE ON MY FEET. THAT'S A WHOLE NOTHER STORY. I WAS IN A COFFEE SHOP AND STRUCK A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE THAT ALSO HAD BEEN REAR-ENDED, AND THEY SUGGESTED THAT I MUST GO SEE RL BOND. THEY WERE SO CONVINCED THAT YOU COULD HELP ME, THEY GAVE ME THEIR CARD AND SAID, IF HE DOESN'T FIX YOU, OR DOESN'T MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER THAN YOU DO RIGHT NOW, ILL REIMBURSE YOU. IM LIKE REALLY???? OK I HAVE TO GO SEE THIS RL GUY. AND THANK GOD THAT I TOOK HIS ADVICE, BECAUSE WHEN I GOT OFF THE TABLE, THE FIRST THING I DID WAS TOUCH MY TOES. IT FELT LIKE I HAD A BRAND NEW BACK. YOU MR BOND, I CONSIDER AS A HEALER. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN STYLE AND PROTOCOL TO GET TO THE PAIN. IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THERAPY I HAVE EVER HAD. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT IF YOU ARE HURTING AND CAN'T BE FIXED AND RELIEVED OF YOUR PAIN, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SEE MR RL BOND. I am blown away by what Bond has done for me. During my recent reiki session, he noticed that there was blockage in my neck chakra. He was spot on. I’ve been aware of my desire to improve my communication for a while. Prior to the session, not only did I feel hesitant to speak my truths, but I’d also struggle to breathe in and out comfortably. Bond took the time to clear out my blockage with so much care, and I felt my energy flowing all over my body. I’d never felt such a sensation before. Since the bodywork session, it’s become easier for me to express myself authentically and unapologetically. And my breathing has improved. I notice it especially during my yoga practice. When looking for a massage therapist, I try to go for those that project more about connections (eastern versus western ways), and when I came across Bond's (Mr. Zen), it did speak to me. Bond did check in with me prior to confirm and that is always appreciated. Upon arrival I was met with the most welcoming smile. Bond made sure I was comfortable, asked about the temperature and if I wanted water before starting. I have been getting massages for over 20 years, and his massage does rank up there with the best. Not only is he gorgeous (and extremely humble) his hands are soft, intuitive and talented.
