Massage addresses muscular AND emotional tension. As an experienced body builder and fitness guru my massage is customized to exactly what you need. I communicate with your muscles, tissues, and body through touch. My focus is Structural, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Stretching, and Swedish. I have over three years experience and taught massage at a local massage therapy college years 2020-2022.

An amazing experience -I have has many massages in my life, but none like that with Cory. His talent is extraordinary , very skilled, and accurate . I came in sluggish, tired and sore. I left like I was walking on air-literally. Later that night I fell to sleep super early, and had one of the best nights sleep in a long while. Thanks Cory

I’ve been working with Cory for years! He does an amazing job loosening up my muscles. Every time I tweak something at the gym, on a run, or on a hike, he knows exactly how to work those specific areas and restore mobility. Cory does an outstanding deep tissue massage while incorporating some stretches. Super friendly and professional too! I almost look forward to sports injuries just to have him work his magic.
