My approach to bodywork focuses on delivering physical and mental benefits that cater to each client. Over the past 4 years, I have worked with clients from Ohio and around the world.

Additionally, my yoga instruction technique focuses on getting clients comfortable & confident wherever they are in their yoga journey. My blend of professional experiences and personal practice have shaped my bodywork offerings. This includes my training as a Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance, RYT-200) and my career experience as a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer.
