I believe that listening to the client and their body and empowering them is paramount to the healing process. I am passionate about massage and believe in bringing balance to the body by addressing underlying issues through deep, relaxing bodywork combined with assisted stretching.

Every session is carefully and thoughtfully personalized to the client’s unique needs. I utilize a combination of massage therapy & stretching techniques. I work with you to determine where your body is struggling to move naturally...More and perform the appropriate therapies to get you moving better and stronger. In most cases, clients can expect improved mobility after their first session. In addition, I strive to share my knowledge and experience with my clients so they can understand their body better. I believe that this is what sets my work apart: stretching, movement, and educating my clients.
In order to create a safe, comfortable, and consent-driven environment for my clients and myself I will be dressed in appropriate attire, and the services offered are restricted to professional massage work. Located in Chicago, My massage practice focuses on healing the body of its injuries, creating a mutually respectful and relaxing space, and empowering my clients to walk away with a deeper understanding of their body.
