Sessions are tailored to each individual.
Modalities such as Lomi, Thai, Myofascial, Polarity, CranialSacral, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Conscious Breathwork, Cupping and Somatic Practices are utilized throughout a session to break up and disperses stress, tension and discomfort.
