I provide massage treatments for:
tension headaches / migraines
back pain / stress reduction
chronic tightness / fatigue / insomnia
blood circulation and overall wellness.
Studied and received my CMT license (#39280) from the Shiatsu School of SoCal.
Received Swedish massage training at Burke Williams Day Spa, as the majority of the guests prefer this modality over Shiatsu.
I also include a series of stretches in all my sessions that will help with your overall mobility.
