I have been providing custom caring, empathetic, compassionate, professional massages for over 10 years to encourage lymphatic flow, improvement of blood circulation, nerve assist and cranial massages, which improves mental and neurological issues, such as depression and anxiety. I incorporate the techniques of Western and Eastern modalities. I also provide life coaching sessions and nutritional advice. I want to encourage my clients/patients to be the best version of themselves and to live stress-free.
