THERAPEUTIC ATTENTION TO FINE-TUNE YOUR WHOLE SYSTEM
As a professionally trained massage therapist, I offer a combination of techniques gained from many years of giving and receiving bodywork.
I utilize Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Reflexology, & Thai Stretching, with a dash of Cranial Sacral therapy for an experience of healing, relaxation, & rejuvenation.
After your session, I may suggest stretches or yoga positions to address your specific issues. It is my intention to support your healing process...More by sharing an experience of presence, breathing, and body re-balancing.
All body types, gender identity, sexual orientations (gay, str8, bisexual) are welcome & honored.
I am based in Asheville NC, but see regular clients in Washington DC about 3-4 times per year. Often, I am able to offer 4 hand sessions…A unique sensory overload!
My massage is performed on a heated massage table, with ambient music, fresh linens, and using organic massage cream. Shower is also available.
