Overview

after training in Ithaca, NY in 2015 as a massage therapist and hydrotherapist, i've worked in many massage settings; gyms, spas, physical therapy and chiropractic offices, acupuncture and naturopathy clinics, massage schools and yoga studios. keeping a consistent case load has expanded my skill set and offered me the opportunity to watch clients progress from injuries.
i incorporate movement therapy into my work by providing exercises and stretches to accelerate the process of healing.
my massage techniques includes: myofascial...More release, deep tissue, shiatsu, japanese seated massage, thai massage, acupressure, swedish massage, reflexology and spa treatments.
i also offer yoga sessions in the hatha, yin and restorative styles. yoga accompanies bodywork in a synergistic way, to speed recovery from injuries and improve strength and flexibility.
i've been offering only home massage recently, as i do not have a space set up for my private practice.
