I was hesitant to get a deep tissue massage. I have had other therapists dig in with elbows and cause pain. Chris listened to my concerns and assured me I would be well taken care of. It was better than I expected! I can sense he has a natural talent for what he does as well as experience, confidence, and a genuine care for people. I felt so much better immediately. Highly Recommend this gem in Houston.

Coming off a serious shoulder injury, I decided to incorporate some deep tissue massage into my overall physical therapy, so I made an appointment with Chris based on his reviews. One of best decisions I have ever made! Chris was able to pinpoint the source of injury and loosen the connective tissue. That night was the first night I was able to sleep on my left side without any pain in a very long time. Chris has great technique and great instincts. I highly recommend him.

Update: At my next appointment, Chris introduced me to cupping therapy. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. To my utter amazement, I felt IMMEDIATE relief as soon as I got off the table! I slept well that night and continued to feel the same level of relief into the next day. I have been very encouraged with my healing process thus far, and am hopeful that things will only get better from here.

Chris T's massages are well worth your time. I highly recommend at least 90mins. He takes a genuine interest in his clients, and throughly reviews the intake form to ensure the client's needs are met without a doubt. Chris welcomes feedback if you have a particular issue you want him to focus working through during the session. He has a great variety of techniques to achieve relief. The environment is clean, peaceful and relaxing. You are not aware of the hustle going on outside the treatment room. Chris appropriately checks in with you during the massage to keep his technique on target with your needs.
