Overview

“Rejuvenating” is one of my latest compliments, “Hangover cure” another. After 21 years massage working on all bodies shapes and sizes recreational, semi-pro, professional athletes and one or two Olympians, I like to read your body’s story, break it down for you in ways to improve, heal, and train better.

Please do not mistake this! I am a strong therapist. I can go lighter with the pressure (it takes a lot more thought and effort but I can-promise). I...More mix it up, finding the right flow and intensity whilst also reading and listening to your body and breathing rate.

In general, opposite to most I would rather a client/patient be late than a minute early. There is no need to be rushing to an appointment that is meant to be relaxing for you.

First I begin with an in/depth questioning about the issues at hand you’re facing including physically, mentally and sometimes emotionally. What is it that has brought you to me that day/night, from either family exhaustion, work stress, latest injury, new training, rehabilitation goals and progressions. I then make a plan agreed with you on what I am going to do.

My main focus is on deep tissue and sports massage treatments where i always include stretching, joint mobility, trigger points and friction's.
