With over 10 years of experience, I offer a combination of Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and other techniques to custom tailor your massage to your specific needs. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and have years of experience in Nutrition and teaching Yoga.
