I am a Professional Massage Therapist with over 10yrs exp.
I use a variety of techniques in my massage sessions. Using stretches, trigger points, deep tissue, as well as Swedish to give an all-around relaxing experience.
Massage therapy can improve blood flow which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscle cells and facilitates the removal of waste products.
